Referral terms & conditions

Everything that applies when you invite another coach to CoachBetter.

Who can take part

Any CoachBetter user can invite a coach, regardless of their plan.
You need a Pro subscription to use your rewards. On Free? Earn rewards now and apply them when you upgrade, before they expire.
Invited coaches must be new to CoachBetter or returning after at least 90 days away, and must never have received an introductory referral discount.

Your invited coach gets $15 off their first Pro payment: $5 for their first month or $185 for their first year.
After their first successful payment, you earn a $15 reward toward your next eligible Pro payment, including an upgrade or renewal.
Monthly subscribers can use one $15 reward per payment. Annual subscribers can combine up to five rewards for up to $75 off one annual renewal.
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including the ICF member discount. If another offer applies, your reward is saved for a future eligible payment, subject to its original expiration date.
After the discounted period, Pro renews at $20 per month or $200 per year, unless another eligible referral reward applies. Cancel anytime.
Each person can receive the introductory referral discount only once.

Invited coaches must use your referral link when signing up. Their discount is applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
A referral counts after the invited coach makes their first successful payment for a monthly or annual Pro subscription.
Your earned rewards are applied automatically to your next eligible Pro payment, using the rewards that expire soonest first.
Any rewards remaining after a payment are saved for later eligible payments until they expire.

You can earn up to five $15 referral rewards per calendar year. This limit resets on January 1. If you reach it before then and want to keep referring, email hello@coachbetter.ai and we'll review your case.
Your invite link is valid for one month. You can refresh it anytime from your dashboard.
Each earned reward expires 13 months after you earn it. Upgrading or changing plans does not extend its expiration date.
If we update or end the program, rewards you have already earned will remain valid under these terms until their original expiration dates.
We may withhold rewards for self-referrals or misuse. The invited coach keeps their discount.

These terms cover the referral program only. CoachBetter's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply as usual.
